Letter to the Commission for transmitting BEREC's response to the Commission consultation on the review of national wholesale roaming markets

On behalf of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC), the BEREC Chair has transmitted to the Commission the BEREC Report on the wholesale roaming market, which was approved by the BEREC Board of Regulators on 25 February 2016 as the BEREC response to the Commission consultation on the review of national wholesale roaming markets, fair use policy and the sustainability mechanism, referred to in Regulation 531/2012 as amended by Regulation 2015/2120 adopted in October 2015 by the Council and the European Parliament (OJ L 310 of 26 November 2015) on the basis of the Connected Continent proposal of the Commission of September 2013 (COM(2013)627).
