Letter to the Commission, the Council of the EU and the EP for submitting the BEREC WP 2016

The BEREC Work Programme (WP) 2016 is transmitted to the Commission, the Council of the European Union (EU) and the European Parliament (EP) as required by Article 5(4) of the BEREC Regulation.
