Memorandum of Understanding between the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC)

The goal of this MoU is to to establish a non-binding mechanism for the mutually beneficial exchange of ideas in the field of electronic communications regulatory policy and other relevant topics related to the digital economy in the common interest of both organisations, with the purpose of contributing to the development of advanced communications in both the United States of America and the EU.
