Report on the outcome from the voting round on the draft BEREC Opinion in Phase II case LV/2014/1538

On 13 March 2014 the BEREC Chair launched a voting round of the electronic voting procedure for the approval of the draft BEREC Opinion in relation of a Phase II investigation pursuant to Article 7a of the Framework Directive on the case Case LV/2014/1538: Wholesale voice call termination on individual fixed networks (market 3) in Latvia.
As required by the Rules of Procedure of the Board of Regulators, at the closure of the voting procedure, the BEREC Chair provided a report on the outcome of the electronic voting with which BEREC approved its opinion.
