Report on the outcome of electronic voting procedure for the approval of a BEREC Opinion

On 14 January 2014 the BEREC Chair launched an electronic voting procedure on the draft BEREC Opinion in relation of a Phase II investigation pursuant to Article 7a of the Framework Directive on the case DE/2013/1527: Wholesale voice call termination on individual mobile networks (market 7) in Germany.
As required by the Rules of Procedure of the Board of Regulators, at the closure of the voting procedure, the BEREC Chair has provided the current report on the outcome of the e-Voting with which BEREC approved its opinion.
