Contribution by OMEA Telecom to the BEREC public consultation in relation to the new Roaming Regulation

Contribution by OMEA Telecom to the BEREC public consultation in relation to the new Roaming Regulation, as follows:

1) Draft BEREC Guidelines on the application of Article 3 of the Roaming Regulation – Wholesale Roaming Access, which presents the draft guidance which BEREC is required to publish under Article 3 of the Roaming Regulation.
2) Draft Roaming Regulation – Choice of the Decoupling Method – A consultation to assist BEREC in preparing advice to the Commission on its forthcoming Implementing Act, which was prepared by BEREC with the objective to assist the Commission in assessing the pros and cons of the different possible decoupling solutions.

The consultation was run from 9 July to 10 August 2012.
