LibertyGlobal response to BEREC questionnaire on Oligopoly analysis and regulation

BEREC is currently drafting a Report on Oligopoly Analysis and Regulation. In December 2014 stakeholders were invited to respond to a questionnaire on oligopoly analysis and regulation, in order to prepare a BEREC workshop (held on the 25th of February 2015), but also, more generally, to get input from stakeholders in the area of analysis and regulation of oligopolies and in order to feed BEREC’s internal debate. This document is the response of LibertyGlobal to this questionnaire.
