12th Assessment Report on Article 7 / 7a Phase II Cases – Conclusions

Once a year, the BEREC Office shall provide a record of each NRA’s participation in Article 7 and 7a EWGs to the Board of Regulators. The present report summarises the Phase II investigations opened under Art 7/7a of the Framework Directive in 2017 and in the first quarter of 2018 and the participation of NRAs in Phase II EWGs.Furthermore, the present report provides an overview of the outcomes of the Art 7/7a procedures in 2017.
