Qualitative assessment of Article 7/7a Procedures

Article 7/7a procedures are an essential part of the European EC regulatory framework, because they are key to preventing barriers to the single market for electronic communications and because they provide guidance to NRAs in the application of the framework. BEREC has therefore undertaken a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the Article 7/7a process.
