SMS benchmark (as of July 2013) - Internal report

The present SMS benchmark report bases its results on the inputs received by NRAs in August 2013, referring to data as of July 2013. Thirty-four (34) countries provided data, but some NRAs - following national law provisions - asked to treat the SMS Termination Rates as confidential information.

The Report was approved by the 17th BEREC plenary meeting on 5 December 2013 and is intended for internal use only due to confidentiality of some of the data. Therefore, the document is not available to the public.
