BEREC Accessibility Workshop

On 15 October 2013, BEREC have organised an Accessibility Workshop to discuss the accessibility challenges from an end-users’ perspective, the role of regulators and service providers in promoting accessibility and to present initiatives by manufacturers for improving accessibility for disabled end-users.

Speakers from the European National Regulatory Authorities, European Parliament, European Commission, manufacturing industry, operators, and user groups have presented information on different aspects and measures for accessibility of disabled users to electronic communications services.
