Save the date for BEREC’s first online public debriefing of 2023

01 March 2023

On Wednesday 15 March at 14:00 CET, BEREC is pleased to invite all interested stakeholders to participate in its public debriefing on the outcomes of the 54th BEREC ordinary meetings.

The debriefing will cover the latest documents and initiatives up for discussion and adoption at the BEREC ordinary meetings on 9-10 March 2023. Kostas Masselos, the BEREC Chair, along with Tonko Obuljen, the incoming BEREC Chair, and the Working Group Co-chairs will present the adopted documents, as well as call for contributions from stakeholders. The debriefing will present the adoption of documents related to intra-EU communications and end-user rights, as well as the launch of public consultations on sustainability and Very High Capacity Networks (VHCNs). Additionally, Mr Masselos will outline BEREC’s vision for its future contribution to the regulatory environment in Europe by 2030.

The debriefing will provide all stakeholders with an opportunity to ask questions about issues on the topics presented. The final agenda for the debriefing will be posted on BEREC website and sent to all registered participants after the BEREC ordinary meetings.

All documents adopted during the BEREC ordinary meetings will be available on the BEREC website as of 14 March 2023, together with a list of other publicly available and related documents. This is done with a view to enable stakeholders to prepare questions for the speakers in advance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The debriefing will be livestreamed via a dedicated streaming platform. BEREC will publish the link to the debriefing on its website shortly before the event on 15 March 2023. BEREC invites stakeholders to submit questions through the registration form prior to the event. Please send any particularly complex or detailed questions to [email protected] by close of business on 14 March 2023. During the event, questions can be submitted via a dedicated tool that will be available next to the livestreaming window.
