Call for Input on the possible amendment of the BEREC Roaming Benchmark Data Collection procedure

Background and Aim

In light of the Roam-Like-At-Home expansion to Ukraine and Moldova that took place on 1 January 2026, and the simplification proposals included in the 2025 BEREC Opinion on Regulation (EU) 2022/612 on roaming on public mobile communications networks within the Union, BEREC considers amending the procedure of the roaming benchmark data collection.

With the call for input, BEREC would like to collect feedback from operators before proceeding with any possible amendments to the templates, which will be consulted with operators by the end of May before their finalisation.

Submit your contributions

Please submit your contributions via the prepared EU Survey by Monday, 20 April 2026.

Contributions should preferably be submitted in English.

All stakeholders are strongly encouraged to submit their contributions as early as possible. Contributions received after the above-mentioned deadline will not be considered.
