Call for Inputs to support the preparation of the 2027 BEREC Opinion on the Roaming Regulation

Background

BEREC is preparing an Opinion to be submitted to the European Commission at the latest in Q1 2027 in the context of the forthcoming review of the EU Roaming Regulation and the Implementing Regulation on Fair Use Policy and Sustainability.

Aim

As a starting point for its work, BEREC will build on the Opinion submitted to the European Commission in 2025. BEREC considers that many of the views and findings provided by stakeholders during the previous Call for Input on Roaming Regulation in 2024 and the relevant BEREC conclusions in its opinion from 2025 remain relevant. In addition, it invites stakeholders to provide any new information, evidence or views that may inform the preparation of the 2027 Opinion, including developments since the previous consultation.

Submit your contributions

Submit your input via the prepared EU Survey by Friday, 21 August 2026, preferably in English.

All stakeholders are strongly encouraged to submit their contributions as early as possible. Contributions received after the deadline mentioned above will not be considered.
