Vesna Prodnik has served as a Member of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije since November 2022. Her business areas and responsibilities cover network management, IT, and digital solutions.

Vesna holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in communication science. She has 26 years’ experience working in the field of electronic communications.

Since 2006, she has worked as a director and senior consultant at various consultancy firms in the telecommunications industry, where she has headed various strategic and investment telecommunications projects in south-eastern Europe. From 2003 to 2006, she was employed at Mobitel and Telekom Slovenije, where she worked in the areas of network interconnection and regulations. She is an expert in new technologies and the regulation of electronic communications.
