Carla Amoroso has been Deputy Director-General for Regulation at Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações – ANACOM – since 2021. Current areas of responsibility include infrastructure and market regulation, legal support and spectrum planning and management. She has vast experience in regulatory matters, joining the Portuguese sectoral regulator in 1998. Previously at ANACOM, she served 10 years as head of the fixed and mobile markets department that dealt with interconnection markets.
