Laurence leads Cullen International’s research on consumer protection in Europe, focusing on developments affecting end users of telecoms services.

She coordinates analytical reports and country-by-country comparisons on key policy and regulatory issues.

She has over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications sector and regularly contributes to discussions on consumer rights and telecoms policy.

Laurence holds a master’s degree in European Law from the Aix-Marseille University (France).

Before joining Cullen International in 2012, she worked for the European Commission Secretariat-General and DG Communication.
