Benoit Felten is a recognised expert on issues related to connectivity. His boutique consulting outfit Fiberevolution’s expertise stems from an understanding of the business model issues of networks and from there expands into all aspects impacting the business model: technology choices, service opportunities, go-to-market strategies, regulation, etc. He also analyses public policies aiming at promoting the deployment of connectivity and, more broadly, regulations that promote the deployment and adoption of connectivity. He is part of a broad network of expert partners.

Until 2025, Felten was a partner at London-based Plum Consulting. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Diffraction Analysis, a boutique consultancy firm, and before that, Director of Access Network Research at Yankee Group, where he led the company’s research efforts in the NGA field. Felten was also a Telecoms Consultant for 8 years at Wavestone, and even further back, worked on deploying and selling fibre access to businesses in Belgacom's French subsidiary.
