Przemyslaw is a lawyer with significant expertise in markets regulation and the development of telecommunication policy. Since 2010 he works in DG CNECT, assessing the regulatory measures notified by NRAs under Article 32 of the Code. In years 2003 – 2008 he worked for DG Competition on telecoms and postal markets. Before joining DG CNECT Przemyslaw worked for DG ENER on energy markets and security of gas supply. Prior to joining the European Commission he worked for a leading Polish law firm, mainly dealing with telecom issues.
