Dora Di Napoli
Officer at Consumer Protection Directorate AGCOM, ItalyDora Di Napoli is an Officer at the Italian Communications Authority (AGCOM), within the Consumer Protection Directorate, where she has been serving since 2009, following professional experience in the telecommunications industry at Alcatel Lucent.
Her professional activity is focused on regulatory and supervisory tasks in the field of electronic communications, notably in relation to quality of service, transparency obligations, universal service provision, and consumer protection. She has been involved in the development and implementation of regulatory frameworks covering areas such as universal service schemes, tariff transparency, billing and charging practices, and value added services, with a particular emphasis on the protection of vulnerable and disadvantaged end users.
She has contributed to regulatory policy development and enforcement, including participation—as an AGCOM delegate—in the national technical working group established in the context of the transposition of the European Accessibility Directive into national legislation.
Dora Di Napoli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Salerno.
