Zephyr Rankin

Zephyr Rankin is the Research and Instruction Librarian for STEM and Agriculture at East Texas A&M University. In his work in research and instruction, Zephyr specializes in implementing digital accessibility and Universal Design for Learning practices into library services, and has conducted presentations and hands-on trainings on accessibility, AI, data privacy, and digital literacy. He earned a Master’s of Library Science from Emporia State University in 2022, a Digital Accessibility certificate from the Texas Digital Learning Association in 2025, and an Instructional Design certificate from the International Society for Educational Technology in 2026.
