Miroslav Vrankić is a founder and CEO of E-GLAS, a university-based company from Croatia that develops assistive technology products. He is also a professor at the University of Rijeka, Faculty of Engineering. His passion is to develop meaningful projects by combining his scientific background in electrical engineering and digital signal processing with assistive technology applications that can change people's lives for the better. Miroslav is also a founder of ATAAC, a European conference dedicated to assistive technology and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication): www.ataac.eu

His research interests include assistive technology, digital signal processing, EEG signal processing and BCI - Brain Computer Interfaces.
