BEREC, EMERG, Regulatel and EaPeReg  held a joint high-level Summit, which took place on 2 and 3 July 2015 in Barcelona.
The Summit was open only to members of the afore-mentioned organisations and it was dedicated to the challenges for telecoms in the new Internet ecosystem.
