Explanatory Note on Transfers by Administrative Manager in BEREC Office Budget 2014 in October-December 2014

According to Article 27 (1) of the BEREC Office Financial Regulation (Decision MC/2014/1) the Administrative Manager may transfer appropriations:

(a)        from one title to another up to a maximum of 10 % of the appropriations for the year shown on the line from which the transfer is made;

(b)        from one chapter to another and from one article to another without limit.

According to para 4 of the same Article the Administrative Manager has to inform the Management Committee as soon as possible of all transfers made. Therefor the Administrative Manager has submitted to the Management Committee an Explanatory Note on transfers made by him in the BEREC Office Budget 2014 in the period from 1 October to 31 December 2014.

The document will be presented during the 22nd plenary meeting of the BEREC Office Management Committee.
