The current Decision of the Management Committee (MC) of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC Office) introduces certain implementing rules to the Staff Regulations related to the attention procedure for the staff.

This Decision enters into force on the day of its adoption, namely 5 June 2015.
