According to Decision MC (10) 26 the Management Committee has to designate at least two reporting officers from among the Vice-Chairs in order to carry out the appraisal of the jobholder; the reporting officers however cannot be designated to any other functions within the appraisal procedure of the Administrative Manager.

Therefore, at its 32nd Plenary Meeting (6 October 2017, Bucharest), the Management Committee appointed as reporting officers the Vice-Chairs from BNetzA and Ofcom.

The appeal assessor is the Chair of the Management Committee.
