The current declaration is submitted pursuant to Articles 1(2) and 11 of the Rules of Procedure of the BEREC Office Management Committee and in relation to Article 21 of Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 establishing the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the Office.
