Report on the outcome of the of the BEREC Office MC e-Voting procedure on the adoption of implementing rules to the staff regulation

Report on the outcome of the electronic voting (e-voting) procedure of the Management Committee (MC) of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC Office) for the adoption of a draft BEREC Office MC Decision on the adoption of Implementing Rules to the Staff Regulations. The e-voting was conducted in the period 13-14 January 2014 as an urgent e-voting accordance with Article 10 of the BEREC Office MC Rules of Procedure (MC (10) 02 Rev1).
