BEREC event 2013

On 29 May 2013 in Brussels BEREC held a Workshop on a harmonised cooperation process for dealing with fraud and misuse based on Art. 28(2) of the US Directive.

The workshop included an introduction to the current types of fraud and misuse, the trends and the scale of the problem.

A brief explanation of the aims of the finalised process and an overview of some issues which were considered in the development of this process was presented.
