According to the provisions of Article 26 (1) (a) of Decision MB/2019/13 the director may transfer appropriations from one title to another up to a maximum of 10 % of the appropriations for the financial year shown on the line from which the transfer is made.

The transfers of appropriations from one title to another beyond this limit are subject to a decision of the MB following a proposal by the director.

Therefore, the Director has proposed to the MB to agree on a transfer of appropriations from Title 2 to Title 1 above 10 % limit in relation to a total amount of EUR 107,000.
