Decision of the Management Board of the Agency for Support for BEREC on the general provisions for implementing Article 79(2) of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union, governing the conditions of employment of contract staff employed under the terms of Article 3a thereof

On 20 October 2017, the Commission informed the BEREC Office that it adopted Decision C(2017) 6760 of 16 October 2017 on the general provisions for implementing Article 79(2) of the CEOS, governing the conditions of employment of contract staff under the terms of Articles 3a and 3b.

Pursuant to Article 110(2) of the Staff Regulations, implementing rules such as those mentioned above shall apply by analogy to the BEREC Office.
