Draft BEREC Office MC Decision laying down general implementing provisions of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the EU on the procedure governing the working time

According to Article 10 (2) of the BEREC Regulation, the BEREC Office Management Committee (MC), in agreement with the Commission, shall adopt the necessary implementing measures, in accordance with the arrangements provided for in Article 110 of the Staff Regulations of Officials of the EU. Therefore during its 23rd Plenary Meeting in Bergen (5 June 2015) the MC considered the adoption of implementing rules on the working time for the BEREC Office staff.
