Request for BEREC's opinion on Commission Implementing Regulation on separate sale of regulated roaming services

The new Roaming Regulation requires the Commission, by means of an implementing act and after having consulted BEREC, to adopt, by 31 December 2012, detailed rules on certain information obligations and on a technical solution for the implementation of the separate sale of regulated retail roaming services. In that respect the European Commission has asked formally BEREC's opinion on Commission Implementing Regulation on separate sale of regulated roaming services.

The request was submitted to BEREC on 7 August 2012.
