During the Southern Mediterranean Dialogue on Electronic Communications & the Information Society, that took place in Athens on 18-19 November 2013, BEREC Chair Dr. Leonidas Kanellos held a speech on the role of BEREC & the development of ICT in the EU. EMERG is a co-operation platform between telecommunications regulators of the Mediterranean area.
