On 10 June 2026, BEREC will hold its public debriefing, where it will present its final assessment of the Digital Networks Act (DNA) proposal. The event will also cover the outcomes of BEREC’s latest plenary meetings.

It will take place in Brussels, Belgium, at the IRG Secretariat (Rue de la Science 14A, 3rd floor), and will be held in hybrid format, allowing participation both in person and online.

What to expect

The BEREC Chair Marko Mismas (AKOS, Slovenia), together with the Working Group Co-Chairs, will present the assessment and engage with stakeholders during a Q&A session.

During the debriefing, the BEREC experts will also introduce a newly launched public consultation on further draft guidance on 5G network slicing, prepared by the Open Internet Working Group.

In addition, BEREC will present other key outcomes of its 67th plenary meetings, including updates on ongoing work and upcoming initiatives.

The full agenda will be published on the BEREC website shortly after the plenary meetings to be held on 4 and 5 June 2026.

Registration and engagement

BEREC invites policymakers, industry stakeholders and other interested parties to attend the debriefing to gain insights into its latest work and contribute to discussions on the evolving EU regulatory framework for electronic communications. The participants are encouraged to submit questions in advance via the registration form. Early questions are particularly welcome, as they allow the speakers to prepare thoughtful, high-quality responses and ensure a more substantive and focused discussion.

Participants wishing to attend in person are encouraged to register early, as seating is limited.

The event will be livestreamed on the BEREC website. Online participants will have the opportunity to submit questions via a Q&A chat function.
