Join BEREC for its first online public debriefing in 2026
On Thursday, 19 March at 14:00 CET, all interested stakeholders are invited to join a public debriefing on the latest work output of BEREC experts.
At this public debriefing, the BEREC Chair, Marko Mišmaš (AKOS, Slovenia), together with the Working Group Co-Chairs, will present the documents adopted at the latest plenary meeting and share insights into recent and upcoming BEREC public activities.
During the event, the incoming BEREC Chair, Alejandra de Iturriaga (CNMC, Spain), will announce the call for early stakeholder input to help shape the outline of the BEREC Work Programme 2027, inviting interested parties to contribute at an early stage of the strategic planning process.
The online session will also mark the launch of several public consultations addressing key regulatory themes, including roaming, connectivity, competition, and emerging challenges related to virtual environments and next-generation internet developments.
The detailed Agenda and specific topics to be covered will be published following the BEREC plenary meetings on 12–13 March 2026.
Format of the debriefing and how to ask questions
The public debriefing will be livestreamed on the BEREC website. The viewing window will be made available on the homepage shortly before the event begins.
Stakeholders are invited to register to confirm their participation and are encouraged to submit questions in advance via the registration form. Early questions are particularly welcome, as they allow the speakers to prepare thoughtful, high-quality responses and ensure a more substantive and focused discussion.
The conversation will also continue live and participants may submit questions through the chat function alongside the livestream window. Both pre-submitted and live questions will be addressed during the dedicated Q&A session, fostering an interactive exchange with the BEREC leadership.
All documents adopted at the BEREC ordinary meetings will be published on the website as of 17 March 2026, together with a list of related public documents.
A recording of the debriefing will also be made available online after the event.
