Effective communication is key to building strong connections and ensuring that information reaches the right audience at the right time. To ensure BEREC’s communication efforts remain relevant, accessible, and useful for you and your organisation, we have launched a survey on our external communications.

The feedback and input received from you will help us to ensure that our content, channels, and engagement are appropriate for your needs (the needs of our target audience). It will take only a few minutes to complete the survey.

This survey is primarily intended for BEREC’s external stakeholders (e.g. telecom operators and associations, consumer associations, industry representatives, media, academia, and the general public). We would like to gather feedback on how our communication is perceived and how it could be improved to better serve external audiences. The survey results will feed into the BEREC’s new external communications strategy.
