Ex-ante publicity for a middle value procurement procedure for the supply of water and other beverages

The BEREC Office plans to launch a new middle value procurement procedure for the supply of water and other beverages (BEREC/2026/MVP/0003).

Services required

The overall objective of the forthcoming call for tender is to procure drinking water and beverages, supply on a rental basis of drinking water dispensers and beverage machines, and ensure the provision of related services for the BEREC Office, located in Riga, Latvia.

Total value and deadline

The estimated total value of the planned procedure is EUR 83 500. As a result of the planned procurement procedure, a direct contract with a maximum duration of four years will be concluded with one economic operator. All information is specified in the ex-ante publication on the EU Funding & Tenders Portal (F&T Portal).

The BEREC Office invites all interested economic operators to express their interest by consulting the link above before 3 March 2026, 23:59 (Riga time).

At this stage of the procedure there are no documents published. All procurement documents will be sent to the economic operators who expressed their interest and as soon as the procurement procedure will be launched.
