Decision N BoR/2012/2 of the Board of Regulators on BEREC Expert Working Groups to be established for the implementation of the BEREC Work Programme for 2013.

The decision was adopted on 6 December 2012 at Saint Julian's (Malta) in compliance with Articles 4 (7) and 6 (2) of Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 establishing the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the Office.
