Decision of the BEREC Office MC to temporarily assign the staff powers conferred by Article 10(3) of the BEREC Regulation

Decision of the Management Committee of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC Office) to temporarily assign the staff powers conferred by Article 10(3) of the BEREC Regulation, adopted in Ljubljana, on 8 March 2013.

The current Decision assigns temporarily the staff powers conferred by Article 10(3) of the BEREC Regulation upon the Vice-Chair of the Management Committee to Mr Gabor Matrai (Vice President of NMHH, Hungary and Vice Chair of BEREC Office Management Committee).

The Decision enters into force on 8 March 2013 and expires on 7 June 2013.
