Letter to the Court of Auditors, to the Commission, to the European Parliament and the Council for submitting the BEREC Office 2015 Consolidated Annual Activity Report

According to Article 47 (2) of the BEREC Office Financial Regulation (Decision MC/2014/1) no later than 1 July each year the consolidated annual activity report together with the Management Committee assessment shall be sent to the Court of Auditors, to the Commission, to the European Parliament and the Council. This analysis and assessment has to be included in the CAAR of the BEREC Office in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 (2) of the BEREC Regulation. Therefore during its 27th meeting held on 3 June 2016 the Management Committee examined the 2015 Consolidated Annual Activity Report of the BEREC Office and approved its analysis and the assessment of the afore-mentioned Report. It was included as part of the Report. As required by the legislation in force this assessment has been submitted with the current letter to the Commission, the Council of the EU, the European Parliament and the European Court of Auditors for information and consideration.
