Letter by the European Court of Auditors (ECA) to the Administrative Manager of the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC Office) for submitting ECA's preliminary observations with a view to a report on the BEREC Office annual accounts for the financial year 2013.

The preliminary observations by ECA with a view to a report on the BEREC Office annual accounts for the financial year 2013, as well as a copy of the letter to the BEREC Chair (registered under No MC (14) 53) are sent to the BEREC Office Administrative Manager as attachments to the current letter.

In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009, after receiving the observations of the ECA on the provisional accounts of the Office, in accordance with Article 129 of Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1605/2002, the Administrative Manager shall, acting on his or her own responsibility, draw up the final accounts of the Office and transmit them, for opinion, to the Management Committee. The Management Committee shall deliver an opinion on the final accounts of the Office.
