Decision of the Management Board of the BEREC Office repealing Decision MC (11) 24 of the Management Committee concerning the financial contribution towards travel and subsistence expenses for persons invited by the BEREC Office to attend written and oral tests in a selection procedure, an interview or a medical examination

The Decision MC (11) 24 of the Management Committee introduced at the BEREC Office the Conclusion 252/08 approved by the College of Heads of Administration (published by the Administrative Notice No 23-2008/ 06.05.2008) on the financial contribution towards travel and subsistence expenses for persons invited to oral tests of an open competition or other selection procedure, to an interview or to a medical examination organized with a view to their possible recruitment. Since the aforementioned Conclusion has been repealed by the European Commission with Conclusion 277/17. The BEREC Office wishes to adopt its own rules on this subject. In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2018/1971, and in particular Article 20, the Director of the BEREC Office will adopt these rules
